We are looking for enthusiastic and caring Lunchtime Activity Club Leaders to join our team within a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school.
You ll lead fun, inclusive lunchtime clubs that encourage pupils to socialise, develop new skills and enjoy positive, engaging experiences in a safe and supportive environment.
About the Role Working during lunchtime, you ll plan and deliver enjoyable activities that are accessible to pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, including Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities and communication needs.
You ll help create an inclusive environment where every child feels valued, encouraged and supported to participate at their own pace.
Responsibilities * Lead engaging lunchtime activity sessions. * Adapt activities to meet individual needs and abilities. * Encourage teamwork, communication and confidence. * Promote positive behaviour and inclusion. * Ensure a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment. * Work closely with school staff to support pupils throughout the lunchtime period.
