Job Opportunity
Inspiring Teaching is currently seeking multiple Teaching Assistants to work at our brilliant Special Needs School based in Purley. We are looking for candidates who can assist with students' daily needs and ideally have experience working with children who have autism, significant learning difficulties and additional medical needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist with students' daily needs.
- Support behaviour management and interpersonal interactions with students.
- Build rapport and demonstrate resilience in challenging situations.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children who have autism, significant learning difficulties and additional medical needs.
- Experience with students who have autism, physical & sensory disabilities and learning difficulties.
- Strong behaviour management and interpersonal skills, with an enthusiastic and positive manner.
- Ability to be resilient and build rapport easily.
- Successful completion of DBS and reference checks and right to work in the UK.
Working Hours and Compensation
Typical hours are 8:30am to 4:00pm with a daily rate of £102.
