Overview
Inspiring Teaching are currently seeking multiple Teaching Assistants to work at our brilliant Special Needs School based in Purley.
We are looking for candidates who can assist with students’ daily needs and ideally have experience working with children who have autism, significant learning difficulties and additional medical needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist students with daily needs and support learning in a special needs school environment.
- Support behaviour management and build positive rapport with students.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience working with children who have autism, significant learning difficulties, physical and sensory disabilities, or related needs is desirable.
- Natural aptitude for behaviour management and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Resilience and a positive, enthusiastic manner.
- DBS check and references; right to work in the UK.
