This is a hands-on role suited to a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Based at our London office, you will execute campaigns, manage digital properties, and support lead generation across multiple brands and storefronts.
The Marketing Executive will work closely with the Marketing team to implement the marketing strategy, strengthen brand positioning, generate demand, and support business development efforts across key markets, both online and offline.
We comprise of multiple trading companies operating across diverse B2B and B2C markets. Built on a reputation for deep sector knowledge, strong partnerships, and a results-driven approach, the Group works closely with clients and partners to navigate complexity, accelerate growth, and deliver measurable outcomes.
We are seeking a Marketing Executive to play an essential role in implementing our digital marketing strategy across the Group.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution- Execute campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email, and partnerships.
- Maintain the annual marketing calendar and identify opportunities to scale activity through test-and-learn.
- Set up and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn) and monitor performance.
- Develop and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Maintain and update websites using CMS platforms (Magento 2, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace).
- Manage multiple digital storefronts, ensuring consistent UX and brand alignment.
- Upload content, update product information, and conduct regular audits for accuracy and functionality.
- Ensure SEO best practices, site speed, and UX standards are maintained.
- Work with developers or agencies to deliver enhancements and resolve issues.
- Design, write, and deploy email campaigns using HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Salesforce.
- Segment audiences and tailor messaging to customer lifecycle stages.
- Manage automated email flows and monitor campaign performance.
- Support CRM management (Salesforce Account Engagement), including segmentation and list creation.
- Develop and deliver content strategies supporting lead generation and retention.
- Create digital assets for use across marketing channels.
- Design or coordinate flyers, brochures, branded templates, and event materials.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all formats.
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to support content creation while maintaining editorial oversight.
- Analyse website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations to improve KPIs.
- Produce regular reports and share insights with internal stakeholders.
- Partner with sales teams to align marketing activity with commercial targets.
- Build relationships with strategic partners and coordinate event sponsorships.
- Support logistics for virtual events and online conferences.
- Proven track-record of delivering campaigns with a strong commercial focus.
- Experience managing websites, ideally Magento 2 or similar eCommerce platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email automation.
- Proficient with Google Analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience with Salesforce Account Engagement or comparable marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity with design tools (Photoshop, Canva, InDesign).
- Understanding of HTML and web development basics.
- Excellent written English.
