About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a luxury and well-known jewellery designer based in the heart of Central London. The successful candidate will join the retail sales team and will be responsible for driving both customer service and sales to achieve brand targets in the flagship store, as well as making sure the displays and window visual merchandising are maintained to a high standard. This is a full-time role with occasional weekend work on a rota.

Responsibilities

  • Being the first point of contact for new and existing client enquiries.
  • Maintaining impactful in-store and window visual displays.
  • Ensuring delivery of first-class customer service when assisting clients in store, online and via telephone.
  • Proactive selling to clients, developing strong relationships and enhancing the sales experience.
  • Assisting the RM with general store operations.
  • Assisting with stock counts as required.
  • Representing the brand and maintaining high standards across the board.
  • Supporting the merchandising team and other departments as required.
  • Assisting at events as required.
  • Supporting at client events as required.

Profile

  • Experience in luxury retail beneficial.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You will have enthusiasm and be a team player.
  • You have strong attention to detail.
  • You are able to work confidently with stock systems and Excel.
  • You are proactive and able to work off own initiative.
  • You are well-presented.
  • You are willing to learn with a β€˜can do’ attitude.
  • You have a sense of humour.
  • You are honest and transparent.
  • You will be a problem solver with a solutions-based approach.
