The Role: We're looking for an enthusiastic and talented SaaS Sales Development Representative to become a vital part of our expanding team. This position plays a crucial role in driving our company's success, and we're eager to find an ambitious and self-driven individual. Our prospecting motion is one of the most important parts of our business, and any successful candidate will join a team operating at a high bar.

As part of the team, you will identify, target, and secure opportunities with ICP's at various mid to large-sized enterprises while meeting your sales targets quarterly and annually. You'll collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to deliver compelling outbound strategies for engaging new customers and fostering strong relationships during the sales motion.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new leads using a variety of outbound approaches
  • Connect with potential customers through methods like cold calling, email interactions, and social media engagement
  • Facilitate initial qualification meetings and further discovery calls between prospects and our AE sales team
  • Engage with marketing-generated leads, nurturing them into promising SQL Opportunities
  • Work closely with the sales team to bolster their efforts in securing deals
  • Monitor and record all activities using our CRM software
  • Become well-versed in our products and services to effectively communicate their value
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of our offerings and how they benefit businesses

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success as a Sales Development Representative or in a comparable enterprise SaaS position
  • Experience with CRM & CPQ tools, ideally Hubspot, Gong and LinkedIn sales nav
  • Outstanding communication abilities and a strong focus on sales process
  • Capable of thriving under pressure, with exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Solid grasp of sales fundamentals and customer service strategies
  • Self-motivated go-getter with a knack for working independently
  • Proficient in outreach and digital networking
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the SaaS Sector
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with the business' products or comparable SaaS offerings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage time proficiently
