About the Role
We are looking for an AI Operations Analyst to help design and implement AI enabled workflows across our internal operations and ways of working. You’ll play a central role in documenting business functions, processes, and expertise to help train AI agents that support both our internal teams and our customers. This role sits at the intersection of technology, product design, and business understanding. You’ll learn how a modern SaaS FinTech operates, how AI is transforming software development, and how to convert business knowledge into intelligent, conversational systems that act like digital co-workers. Responsibilities
- AI Workflows and Agent Support
- Map and document key business functions, workflows, and best practices across the company.
- Collaborate with domain experts across product, engineering, compliance, and go to market teams to capture operational knowledge.
- Structure this knowledge into reusable frameworks, enabling the training of AI agents.
- Support in designing prompt libraries, workflows and documentation for AI-driven automation.
- Assist in testing, refining, and improving internal AI agents based on feedback and real world usage.
- Explore emerging AI and low code tools and assess how they could improve workflows and efficiency.
- Operational and Compliance Process Support
- Support the documentation and maintenance of operational processes across the business.
- Assist with structured documentation required for compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 42001, and SOC 2.
- Help maintain policies, procedures, registers, and supporting documentation.
- Contribute to improving clarity and consistency in how processes and controls are documented.
- Support preparation of documentation and evidence required for internal reviews and audits.
- Go to Market Support and Cross Functional Collaboration
- Support the Go to Market team in documenting workflows, onboarding processes, and client related procedures.
- Assist in preparing structured materials such as proposals, case studies, internal guides, and supporting documentation using AI tools where appropriate.
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases that support sales enablement and consistent messaging.
- Help create training materials and guidance to support the adoption of AI enabled workflows.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing across teams to encourage consistent use of AI tools and processes.
Skills & Experience
Must Have:
- Russell Group graduate in a related field: Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Maths, Data Analytics, Finance, or Engineering with a minimum 2.1.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
- Strong written English and attention to structure, clarity, and precision.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel and an ability to learn new software quickly.
- Curiosity about Artificial Intelligence and how businesses are being reshaped by technology.
- Organised and methodical, with the ability to document complex ideas simply.
- A proactive mindset eager to learn, experiment, and contribute ideas.
Nice to Have:
- Understanding of business processes in financial services, accounting, or SaaS environments.
- Experience with documentation tools / building your own Agents.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or OpenAI APIs.
- Understanding of structured compliance environments or governance frameworks.
- Experience documenting workflows, research projects, or structured academic work.
- An interest in human–AI collaboration and design thinking.
