Location: Leiceter (Office Based 5 days a week)
Salary: £27,000 to £32,000 per annum (dependent on industry relevant experience)
The Roles:
The business is looking for two graduates to join them as a Fundraising Lead and Programme Operations Coordinator. The Operations Coordinator plays a central role in the day-to-day delivery of the programme. Working within established processes and with guidance from the Senior Programme Coordinator, you will coordinate scheduling, resources, records, and communications so that every session runs smoothly and to a consistently high standard.
About You:
- A strong academic background or equivalent professional experience.
- Graduate from a top university with a 1st or high 2:1 and high A’Level results.
- Proactive and self-motivated, comfortable taking ownership and working independently.
- Confident, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to represent the organisation professionally in external meetings.
- Outstanding written communication skills - clear, persuasive and tailored to different audiences.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesise information quickly.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and able to juggle competing deadlines.
- A fast learner who embraces feedback and continuously looks to improve.
