Their core technical platform is in use by some of the biggest brands around the globe to deliver exciting interactive campaigns and marketing services across mobile phone and email channels. The AI platform elevates the customer journey of clients, through cost-effectiveness and efficiency, resulting in high customer satisfaction. By collaborating channels across voice, SMS, Email, WebChat and social messaging apps, a seamless and personalised journey is available in one platform. The company ethos is based on constant product innovation, reliable software engineering and excellent customer service. Although this is a small company, they work with large well-known brands and corporate customers!
The Role: As a Junior Client Consultant, you will be joining the Professional Services team and assist in contributing to the continued growth of the company. This role will start as a remote role with occasional travel to London, but this is subject to change with the possibility of moving to a more prominent London base. The role will start as a 3-month internship paying £25,000 p.a. Upon a successful internship, you will be offered a permanent job with an improved salary of £27,000. Conversational Portuguese / Brazilian is essential.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Segmentation and user selection for campaigns
- Setting up and monitoring email and mobile campaigns
- Testing services and producing reports
- Managing new SMS, MMS, Email and Voice campaign set-up
- Investigating/fixing issues reported by clients about their campaigns
- Campaign testing
- Data analysis
- Providing daily, weekly or monthly reports on campaigns
About You: This role will suit a tech-savvy multitasker who is keen to interact with clients, is attentive to detail and is a fast learner. You must be keen to learn how a new media business works and be willing to contribute to maintaining excellent customer service in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. This role is client-facing and will involve daily interactions with clients as you help them deliver marketing and communication campaigns.
