This is a 12-month internship paying £27K. This role is primarily office-based (Canary Wharf) with one hybrid day.

Job Profile:
As a member of the Licensing team, the Licensing Support Intern supports the Licensing Managers in actively managing the client contractual relationship by carrying out administrative processes for the department. The Licensing Support Intern shares responsibility with the Licensing Managers for ensuring clients receive the highest levels of service and satisfaction, provision of information and support, which will enable customers to conduct and to develop their business with Euronext.
Key Accountabilities:
- Management of the Information Supplier pre-approval process, ensuring timely resolution.
- Support clients in their use of MyMarketData by delivering training sessions and guided walkthroughs to assist with updates to the Market Data Licensing agreements.
- Preparing and distributing meeting summaries, clearly highlighting key action items where applicable, and proactively following up with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Work with Market Data clients and/or Accounts Receivable to resolve invoice-related queries, and to reduce the number of outstanding invoices.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
- Degree level education preferably in Economic, Finance or Business.
- Market Data industry experience preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and have the confidence to speak to and engage with clients.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, demonstrating flexibility to respond to urgent tasks while maintaining focus on long-term objectives.
- Confident and proactive individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong sense of accountability with a proven commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, to effectively support a global client base.
- Another European language would be a bonus.
