Our client is looking for aLearning Solutions Executiveto join their team. It is a hybrid role with 2 office days in Holborn, London on a Monday and Tuesday every week paying £28,000 per annum.
This is a great opportunity for someone organised, creative, and passionate about learning design.
Youll develop courses and qualifications from concept to delivery – online, face-to-face, and blended, working closely with clients and subject matter experts.
The role is deal for someone who:
- Has strong copywriting and communication skills
- Can manage multiple projects at pace
- Brings a learner first mindset (experience in education or marketing is a bonus).

The Role:
Project manage course and qualification development from idea to content production and assessment of online, face to face, and blended courses.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with course creation and updates, planning, design and delivery.
- Liaise with corporate clients to scope, design and build learning solutions for their needs.
- Ensure all content is legally compliant and up to date with our company experts.
- Liaise with Learning Solutions Designer on the creative production of content.
- Edit and review content against learning objectives to ensure content is inspiring, accurate, current, and presented at the correct course level.
- Support development of assessments for qualifications (assignments, exams and online assessments) can include writing questions based on the content created.
- Work with Subject Matter experts to develop course outlines, training content andmaterials for public courses and corporate clients.
- Brief the marketing team to develop marketing materials that promote courses.
- Track project costs and update budgets.
- Assist with customer queries and user feedback. Manage the Support inbox troubleshooting students\’ issues/redirecting to the appropriate department.
- Coordinate corporate client deliveries to meet the highest levels of customer experience and ensure all contract deliverables are met.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills and be a team player.
- Able to speak confidently with internal and external stakeholder such as subject matter experts and other internal teams.
- Good copywriting skills.
- An enthusiastic and creative approach towards the scoping, planning, designing anddelivery of online, face to face, and blended learning.
- Energetic with a positive attitude that is driven, creative and resourceful.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Be able to multi-task and handle change.
- Productive under pressure and able to juggle workload.
- Passionate about learning and understanding how people learn and be willing to work on improving the user experience on an ongoing basis.
- Experience in the education sector and/or marketing sector would be an advantagebut not essential for a fast learner.
