Are you an ambitious, analytically strong professional with an MBA or ACA qualification, strong AI and IT skills, and a solid understanding of business operations and finance? We're looking for a high-calibre Associate to work directly with our Chief Risk Officer (CRO) in a highly visible, career-accelerating role at the heart of the business. You'll support strategy, analytics, systems, and transformation initiatives including AI-driven improvements, data analysis, and technology projects.
What You'll Do
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and executive-level insights
- Support system implementations and IT projects across the business
- Use AI tools to improve analysis, automation, and decision-making
- Build dashboards, presentations, and management information packs
- Support risk, governance, and strategic initiatives
- Work on process improvement and business transformation projects
- Help manage and optimise tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft 365
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and follow up on key actions
- Act as a strategic, analytical, and operational right hand to the CRO
What We're Looking For
- MBA (financial orientated) or ACA qualified
- Strong understanding of business operations and accounting / finance
- Excellent IT skills, including:
- SharePoint
- Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
- Data analysis and reporting tools
