Our client is seeking Consultants to join their Leicester team and work with prestigious UK and International management consultancy firms.

Working closely with top-tier consulting firms, boutiques, and global organizations, we aim to help them grow and succeed. This requires an ability to really understand a client’s most important needs and work with them to resolve it.

They offer a comprehensive range of services, including Talent Advisory, Executive Search, Talent Bench, and M&A Advisory.

About the Role

You will spend most of your time identifying, engaging, and supporting talented candidates through their career journeys. This includes researching profiles, speaking directly with individuals to understand their motivations, preparing them for interviews, and guiding them through each stage of the process.

Alongside this, you will gradually gain exposure to client work. You will learn how to understand client needs, contribute to account activity, and support the delivery of high-quality advisory work. The role develops both sides of the recruitment and advisory process, but with a strong focus on candidate interaction at the early stages
