The Role

As a Client Services Executive, you will work closely with high-profile clients, handling day-to-day queries, requests, and troubleshooting issues. You will be responsible for setting up and testing campaigns for live events and competitions, ensuring they are configured correctly and function smoothly. Additionally, you will produce in-depth reports to present alongside the account management team, helping to evaluate campaign successes, identify areas for improvement, and drive client growth.

This role offers exposure to various aspects of client services and operations, giving you the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of the business. You will work collaboratively with teams across client services, commercial, product, operations, and tech, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

– Creating and testing bespoke campaigns for customer activities such as TV competitions and charity donations

– Building and managing large-scale mobile marketing campaigns

– Producing detailed reports for clients and presenting key findings internally and externally

– Supporting clients during high-profile events, some of which may occur outside standard working hours

– Analysing data using tools such as Looker and Excel to provide insights into key performance statistics

– Developing statistical dashboards to monitor client traffic and event performance

– Contacting competition winners on behalf of clients

– Acting as a key point of contact for client queries, requests, and issue resolution

– Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for handling data and creating reports

– Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks to meet deadlines
