Key Areas of Contribution:

  • Working as a trusted partner to senior leadership, you will support a broad range of initiatives across the business, including analysing commercial and financial data to generate clear, actionable insights;
  • Producing executive-level reporting, dashboards, presentations, and management information packs;
  • Supporting systems implementations and IT-led change;
  • Applying AI tools to improve analysis, automation, and decision-making;
  • Contributing to risk, governance, and strategic planning activities;
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and business transformation;
  • Helping manage and optimise internal tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft 365;
  • Coordinating cross-functional initiatives;

About You:

You are likely to have a strong commercial and financial grounding, supported by formal training such as an MBA with a finance focus or an ACA qualification. You bring a good understanding of how businesses operate, with the ability to work comfortably with financial information and translate it into meaningful insight. You are confident using modern workplace tools, including Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, and have experience working with data, reporting, and analysis. An interest in how AI and technology can be applied practically to improve decision-making and ways of working is important, as is some exposure to systems, IT initiatives, or process change. You are naturally analytical and well organised, able to manage detail without losing sight of the bigger picture, and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders. Above all, you are curious, proactive, and motivated by opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact.
