The Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior IT Analyst to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in IT who is passionate about technology and cyber security. You will be the first point of contact for client support, helping to resolve IT issues while developing hands-on experience across infrastructure, cloud, and security environments.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
- Supporting client users via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Diagnosing and resolving 1st line IT issues (hardware, software, networking)
- Logging, prioritising, and updating tickets in the helpdesk system
- Escalating complex issues to senior engineers when required
- Assisting with user account setup, permissions, and system access
- Supporting Microsoft 365 / cloud environments
- Helping monitor systems and flag potential issues proactively
- Learning and applying cybersecurity best practices
- Contributing to documentation and knowledge base articles
You’ll be working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment where no two days are the same.
