Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute engaging social media campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create compelling content (images, videos, copy) that aligns with our brand tone and voice
- Monitor SEO metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize content performance and rankings
- Grow and manage our online community, driving engagement, and responding to inquiries and feedback
- Analyze social media metrics to assess content performance and refine strategies based on insights
- Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, SEO best practices, social media trends, and competitor activity to ensure we stand out in the market
- Support additional marketing activities, including email campaigns, newsletters, and blog content, as needed
Skills and Experience:
- Experienced in social media management and digital marketing, ideally in real estate, tech, or related fields
- Skilled in content creation with a keen eye for aesthetics and audience engagement
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign and SEO performance for continuous improvement
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently
