About the Role / Responsibilities
Qualitative / Project set up
Ability to jointly manage the internal set-up of a project, including:

Briefing of field and field liaison throughout, assisting with decisions

Feeding back on first-draft recruitment screeners
-
Drafting pre-tasks (inc. setting up blogs etc)
-
Preparing materials for fieldwork
-
Helping to develop stimuli / contributing to client feedback on their stimulus material
-
Gain a working understanding of field liaison duties (typically through secondment of several weeks but may be seconded ad hoc as required)
Qualitative Fieldwork
- Attending and viewing additional fieldwork to take notes
Qualitative Analysis & writing

Contribute to the analysis of a project, including:
-
Identifying key research findings and supporting them with relevant material e.g. quotes, video etc
-
Identify patterns and themes
Presentation and meeting skills
- Confidence to identify and ask the necessary questions at briefing meetings
Coaching and development responsibilities
-
Ability to strike the right balance of taking the initiative vs. seeking advice.

Takes proactive responsibility for own development by regularly organising contact with coaching and development manager
