Inspiring Interns is seeking an Operations & Customer Response Executive to join our team in London. This role offers significant growth potential within our expanding company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Working independently and demonstrating self-motivation
- Providing excellent customer service via email and phone
- Following collections procedures and liaising with debt management companies
- Developing and posting social media and SEO website content
- Contributing to team brainstorming and idea generation
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with 4 weekend days per month (weekdays given in lieu)
