Marketing Social media Events Writing and editorial
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong copywriting skills, a flair for content creation, and a passion for live events and digital marketing. You will play a vital role in growing two high-profile shows, one established and industry-leading, the other new and full of opportunity.
- This role requires you to be in the office daily, which is based in Wimbledon. Please only apply if you can commute .
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, dynamic, and hands-on Marketing Executive to join our vibrant team and take the lead on day-to-day marketing activities for both the Commercial Show and Vehicle Expo. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Executive and wider commercial teams, you’ll develop and deliver content-led, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive registrations, engagement, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, digital, and social.
- Support paid media activity, including PPC, remarketing, and programmatic display.
- Maintain marketing calendars and monitor campaign delivery.
- Content Creation & Copywriting
- Write and design engaging copy for a variety of platforms — from brochures and emails to social media posts and video scripts.
- Collaborate with design partners and agencies to produce impactful visuals and animations.
- Support on creative direction and brand tone for both shows.
Social Media & Community Engagement
- Develop and implement social strategies to build engagement and grow followings.
- Create visual and written content for LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Website & Email Marketing
- Manage website content updates, ensuring SEO best practices.
- Design and schedule email campaigns, build segments, and track performance.
- Help optimise conversion journeys and landing pages.
- Stakeholder & Partner Engagement
- Coordinate marketing support for exhibitors, partners, and sponsors.
- Develop partner toolkits and ensure agreed deliverables are met.
- Liaise with media and association partners to deliver trade promotion.
Data, Insights & Reporting
- Analyse marketing performance metrics and contribute to ongoing optimisation.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience profiling.
- Support with database management and lead generation initiatives.
Event Marketing & Onsite Support
- Assist with pre-event communications and post-event follow-up.
- Coordinate exhibitor zone content, event guide submissions, and digital listings.
- Attend shows and capture content, photography, and social activations
Skills & Attributes
Essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong interest in events, media, and digital trends.
- Knowledge of Canva, Chatgpt, Capcut or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Social Media Platforms

- Experience with email automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Basic understanding of website CMS tools.
