Responsibilities
- Independent Project & Client Management: Take ownership of smaller ad-hoc projects, make on-the-spot decisions, occasionally visit sites, and build strong relationships that reinforce our reputation. When meeting existing or prospective clients, you’ll be expected to present confidently, communicate our value clearly, and represent us with professionalism.
- Strategic Communication & Innovation: Act as the filter for communications, keeping weekly priorities clear. Contribute ideas on new materials, sustainability options, and ways we can stay ahead of client expectations.
- Marketing & Visibility: Help raise PFC’s profile across multiple platforms and audiences: Plan and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn and other channels. Create case studies and project stories that showcase our work. Collaborate with directors and external agencies on graphics, blogs, and short videos. Support outreach campaigns to reconnect with past clients and build visibility with new ones.
