Do you have an interest / passion for high end jewellery / fashion?

Our client is one of Britain's best-known fine jewellery designers and are looking for a Marketing Assistant to assist the Head of Marketing in the implementation of all marketing, communication and brand strategies.

You will be ensuring brand consistency across all brand touchpoints with a strong emphasis on brand marketing, wholesale, CRM and PR.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate product photography logistics, PR loans and sample management for shoots, product placement and VIP gifting.
  • Maintain and organise the brand's imagery bank and digital asset library, supporting PR agencies and internal teams with brand assets.
  • Contribute to social media channels, including content creation, scheduling and community engagement.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters, building and deploying within Klaviyo.
  • Support the Ecommerce Manager with website housekeeping, product uploads and on-site content updates.
  • Assist with the creation of Lookbooks and New Product Pages (NPPs), coordinating copy, imagery and approvals.
  • Help coordinate photoshoot schedules, including styling, product selection and on-set support.
  • Provide event support for press, wholesale and client-facing activations, from logistics through to on-the-day execution.
  • Support media planning activity, liaising with media houses and assisting with campaign coordination.
  • Assist with wholesale marketing initiatives, including trade materials and partner communications.
  • Conduct regular competitor and industry analysis, presenting findings to inform marketing strategy.
  • Provide ad hoc support across the wider marketing team as required.

Candidate Profile

  • High interest and understanding in luxury communications
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Photoshop preferable as well as CRM tools such as Mailchimp and Klaviyo
  • Strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to motivate yourself as well as being a strong team player
  • Affinity with Luxury and ideally with jewellery (although not essential)
  • The Marketing Assistant will report directly to the Head of Marketing.
