What you will be doing
- Ensuring client files are up to date and in order
- Updating back office systems (Adviser Office)
- Gathering data to assist with the production of comprehensive net worth statements and investment recommendations
- Assisting with the drafting of reports to ensure they are produced to a high quality and in a timely manner
- Preparing for and minute taking for client and prospect meetings
- Acquiring knowledge of company procedures and ensuring regulatory compliance
You will also complete ongoing training following a structured learning and exam programme, with the aim of achieving a Diploma in Financial Planning with the Chartered Institute of Insurance (CII).
The ideal candidate will:
- Have an academic background in Economics, Finance, or Accounting with a 1st from a top university.
- Have strong business and commercial awareness
