Our client, a fast-growing Energy Company is seeking an experienced, versatile Marketing Manager, to create and manage marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate demand for their products and services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on content creation and lead generation, playing a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that position them as a leader in the renewable energy sector.
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Create compelling, high-quality content (blogs, case studies, white papers, social media, videos, etc.) that resonates with target audiences and promotes our renewable energy solutions.
- Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media/LinkedIn, to drive engagement and lead conversion.
- Deliver core content, tailored as needed for use across channels.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead generation targets and support sales enablement through content.
- Work closely with internal teams including sales and operations to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.

Requirements for the Marketing Manager role:
