We are looking for 2 x Content Executive to join a dynamic and ambitious events business.

Please note that these roles will require you to be in the office daily, which is located in Wimbledon. Please only apply if this is convenient for you.

The Role
We’re looking for a candidate who is curious, creative, and ready to dive into the world of content production, event planning, and speaker engagement. This is an exciting entry-level role, ideal for a graduate who’s passionate about communications, events, and making connections that inspire.

You’ll be at the heart of our conference production process researching industry trends, curating speaker lineups, shaping agendas, and supporting marketing campaigns across both digital and in-person formats.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse range of sectors, including: Safety and Security, Fire, Facilities & Workplace Management, Smart Buildings & Integration.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Content Creation & Research
  • Dig deep into industry topics through phone interviews, desk research, social listening, and digital community engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal and external experts to uncover the hottest trends and most relevant session ideas.

Speaker Recruitment & Management

  • Research and invite top-tier speakers, industry thought leaders, and fresh new voices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with speakers and influencers. Coordinate all speaker logistics collecting bios, headshots, presentations, and supporting them throughout the event lifecycle.

Communications, Promotion & Marketing Campaigns

  • Craft catchy, benefit-led copy for agenda sessions that grab attention.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and deliver integrated content marketing campaigns that drive registration and engagement.
  • Support and execute the promotion of speakers, sessions, and thought leadership across email, social, web, and digital channels.
  • Repurpose event content (e.g. webinars, podcasts, sessions) into valuable post event assets like blogs, clips, newsletters, and on-demand content.
  • • Highlight must-attend sessions and contribute to campaign planning, digital activations, and audience engagement strategies.

Event Planning & Delivery

  • Collaborate with event operations, AV providers, and delivery teams to support timelines and logistics.
  • Help coordinate hybrid, virtual, and live events being hands-on during event days to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Attend events (virtually or in person) and be the go-to for speaker and content support.

Post-Event & Collaboration

  • Analyse event success, speaker feedback, and audience engagement to improve future editions.
  • Share session highlights with editorial and media teams to boost reach.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, editorial, and logistics to meet shared goals

What You’ll Need

  • A degree (or equivalent) in communications, journalism, business, events, marketing, or related field.
  • Passion for creating compelling content and curating experiences.
  • Confident communicator on email, over the phone, and in person.
  • Highly organised with an eye for detail and deadlines.
  • A curious mind and a nose for news and emerging trends.
  • Interest in digital marketing, audience engagement, and storytelling.
  • Positive energy, proactive attitude, and a strong team player vibe
  • A keen interest in media, marketing, events, and/or business industries.
