The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the successful candidate will help create, manage and deliver content marketing assets for the brand across all markets, ensuring that all assets comply with the Brand Guidelines and Tone of Voice.

In particular, they will

  • Have a consumer-first mind-set
  • Be a creative thinker with an ability to transmit their passion for food into stand-out consumer-relevant content
  • Have experience in creating content that engages with consumers across digital and physical touchpoints (websites, SEO, email, blogs, social media and in shopper marketing).
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director in establishing & updating the Brand Guidelines and Tone of Voice documents and ensuring consistency of brand and messaging in all we do
  • Be an excellent project manager, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to create and execute the content marketing strategy
  • Be able to inspire, motivate, lead and develop a team of less experienced individuals to deliver as per our high standards
  • Be a self-motivated, driven individual with great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Manage consumer queries, complaints and comments via the website and social channels on a daily basis, responding swiftly and in the style of the company.

  • Preferred experience
  • Experience in content marketing, in a client-side FMCG environment (preferably with some in the food industry) or agency-side
  • Social media content creation, execution and monitoring (paid and organic)
  • Creative agency management (video, photography and graphic design)
  • All round extensive digital marketing experience
  • PR Agency experience (agency briefing and management, events management)
  • Regular monitoring and reporting of performance

  • No unusual physical work environment demands
  • Able to work from the London office for 2-3 days a week (as required by the Business)
