Inspiring Futures through Learning is seeking an Estates Operative to support day‑to‑day site management across multiple school sites. You will be the mobile point of contact, ensuring buildings and facilities are well maintained, secure and operational.
The role involves monitoring essential systems, coordinating with contractors, and supporting health and safety and safeguarding obligations. Travel between sites is required and you may be asked to work flexibly to meet Trust needs.
