You will be working Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00pm. In return for your hard work, youll receive a starting salary of £24,000-25,000 + bonus + benefits and the opportunity to develop your career!

Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients through various channels such as telephone, email, and live chat.
- Accurately processing all customer requests in a timely manner.
- Proactively resolving any customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring accurate data entry and setup of customer accounts
