We Are Hiring! Position: Admission Officer/Manager Job Location: Onsite – UK office Salary: Negotiable – Depending on Experience Start date: Immediate. Job Type: Part-Time/Full Time. Number of Roles: 01 Your Role: As an Admissions officer you will oversee all our applications with our estimated partner & Universities. In this role, you will manage a team of Admissions colleagues to ensuring a seamless admissions process while maintaining excellent customer service. What you will do: -Oversee the efficient processing of applications and offers, ensuring timely responses to enquiries, interview bookings, and course-related information. – Monitor and report on admissions activity, identifying trends and areas for improvement. – Maintaining communication with the Universities regarding the student offer and admission update – Support enrollment strategies, marketing, and outreach events – Ensure the accuracy and quality of student application records. – Provide support during key admissions periods, including open days, assessment days, and student enrollment. – Collaborate with other Team Leaders/Senior management team to ensure full coverage across subject areas and maintain a smooth admissions cycle. – any other tasks appropriate in this role. : – At least 2 years of relevant experience in international student recruitment Industry. – Strong communication skills – Detailed understanding of both internal and external admissions policies and procedures – Ability to priorities and plan work effectively under tight deadlines, under pressure and with competing priorities – Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. – Computer expert with strong command in Microsoft Office (i.e. word, excel & PowerPoint) CRM usage and internet browsing. – Team leadership, working as a team and attention to detail are highly needed for this role If you believe you are eligible and interested to join our growing team, please send your CV and a cover letter to and CC Thank you!41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
