This is a full-time (Part-Time with experience will can be considered) on-site role for an Admissions & Operations Officer located in London, UK. The Admissions & Operations Officer will be responsible for managing the admissions process, handling inquiries from prospective students, coordinating with educational institutions, and overseeing day-to-day operational activities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, working closely with the finance department to manage budgets, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage student applications and admissions processes from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Communicate with UK university admissions teams to track and follow up on applications.
- Maintain accurate records of student data and documentation.
- Support our international offices and agent partners with daily operations and coordination of files, offers, applications.
- Ensure compliance with UK university and visa requirements.
- Respond to student queries promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and report on application pipelines and progress across all offices.
- Managing daily operations.
- Minimum 2 yearsβ experience in student recruitment, admissions or education operations (preferably UK-focused).
- Strong understanding of UK university admission systems, compliance and visa processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
