In this key position, you will be instrumental in engaging with some of our leading commercial partners, strategically developing relationships to drive our commercial strategy. The Commercial Partnerships Manager will drive revenue growth by securing strategic partnerships across InspiredMinds’ event portfolio. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—building long-term, consultative relationships with senior stakeholders in tech, AI, healthcare, enterprise, and government. This role is ideal for a commercially minded, high-energy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven sales environment.
- Generate new business with high-level event partners
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- 3–5+ years in B2B commercial sales, partnerships, or business development in events, media, or tech.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in AI, tech, digital health, innovation, or policy-driven sectors.
- Background in selling sponsorships, content partnerships, or enterprise solutions.
