Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Location: Hybrid – 2 x days homebased and 3 x days either our offices in Ashby-de-la-Zouch or Burton on Trent

Salary: £28,300 per annum.

Are you a master of organisation who thrives in a fast-moving environment? We are looking for a proactive Installation & Logistics Planning Coordinator to take ownership of van scheduling, installer planning, and asset movement, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently and on time.

What you will do:

  • In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of our operations, balancing commercial priorities with logistical efficiency.
  • From planning daily van movements and responding to real-time changes, to tracking KPIs and managing stock across depots and satellite hubs, you’ll play a key part in keeping our installations on track.
  • You’ll work closely with Commercial, Logistics, and external partners, sign off final installation plans, manage emergency changeovers, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Reporting, stock control, and continuous improvement will all be part of your day-to-day, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, accountability and collaboration.
