This role is ideally suited to a career minded, ambitious individual who is looking for that unique opportunity to prove what they can do and then be rewarded for it. We are looking for a BPI Analyst to join our successful ESG team. This is a Home Based role with some occasional travel to the office required.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide support to business users of CRM
- Learning to understand and support CRM processes
- Support with defining business processes
- Work with large scale data to be able to prepare and import into systems
- Provide training on system developments
- Work with external service providers to ensure delivery
- Produce development scoping documentation
- Manage delivery of projects through from inception to completion
- Escalate potential business risks to manager
- Read and comply with the company’s Health and Safety Policy; taking reasonable care for the Health and Safety of themselves and others; co-operate with managers and other employees in fulfilling our objectives and statutory duties.
Experience and Qualifications
Essential:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office packages
- Maths and English proficiency
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Proficient with SQL/MySQL
- Professional and confident manner
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Problem solving
- Project management
- Effective face-to-face communicator with good telephone and written skills
- Ability to work on their own initiative with a good ‘Team Work’ ethic
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise activities
- Good presentation skills
- Ability to analyse reports and develop recommendations
- Prepare clear and succinct reports and correspondence
- Be able to work with colleagues, customers, suppliers and the public in general
