We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance ESG Analyst to join our successful ESG team. This role is home based with occasional visits to our Kirkham (Lancashire) head office required.
You will be responsible for conducting Quality Assurance (QA) of clients’ Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) deliverables to include ESG assessments and reports; and Net Zero Strategies. In addition, you will be involved in developing and updating Quality Assurance procedures for a range of ESG services, to meet the latest regulations, guidance and best practice standards. Furthermore, you will manage staff members and support their career progression.
- Responsible for QA checks and audit trails for client deliverables, to ensure they are compliant, with no omissions or misstatements.
- Strong project planning, prioritisation and communication skills, to consult with colleagues to meet client deadlines.
- Project manage QA services, to help manage your individual and team’s workload.
- Provide training to staff within the ESG Directorate and wider company, as part of continuous improvement measures.
- Provide technical support to QA Team members and other ESG teams, to meet client deliverables.
- Manage staff members, conduct appraisals, set KPIs, provide mentoring and career progression support.
- Review and keep up to date with new policies and legislation, associated with ESG services.
- Read and comply with the company’s Health and Safety Policy.
- An ability to QA clients’ ESG deliverables.
- Advanced user of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong report writing capabilities, to write QA processes.
- An ability to project manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in providing training to staff members.
- Experience in writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
