This role is home based with occasional travel to offices required. This role would suit someone with relevant Utility industry experience, however we will consider graduates with 2-5 years' experience from any sector that demonstrate a willingness to learn the industry.
Role and ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate's will:
- Specialise in implementing our software and process solutions with new and existing clients.
- Advocate for our proven Implementation Methodology and adhere to our best practice standards.
- Tailor software and process solutions to the client’s specific requirements.
- Work with colleagues at all levels, managing resources to effectively meet deadlines and budgets.
- Produce written documentation and workflows for daily use by our customers.
- Co-ordinate system and user onboarding, and data migration.
- Provide comprehensive training to users both remotely and on site.
- Be a key point of contact for support queries.
- Have a broad knowledge of our software and its application in the wider energy industry.
- Read and comply with the company’s Health and Safety Policy; taking reasonable care for the Health and Safety of themselves and others; co-operate with managers and other employees in fulfilling our objectives and statutory duties.
