Inspired are currently looking for a senior contracts manager for the Fit-out team. Inspired cover all aspects of the fit-out from the M&E to the plastering and decorating.
Package: £60,000 to £65,000 (depending on qualifications and level of experience) £5,000 car allowance.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Working on part of the pre-construction within the company.
- Liaising with Estimating and Surveying Departments to ensure commercial viability of projects.
- Managing, motivating and communicating to site teams on multiple projects.
- Able to produce a basic program and ensure program is achieved.
- Able to foresee any issues/problems that could occur due to experience and knowledge.
- Be experienced in all aspects of Construction from refurbishment in occupied buildings to new build projects.
- Be IT literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
- Be used to operating in a disciplined, professional way using the company’s various Management Systems.
This is a full-time, permanent position. The majority of our projects this year are Manchester based, and there’s always an element that the candidate may be asked to travel. The role is predominantly office based, but will require some days on site.
