This role is ideally suited to a career minded, ambitious individual who is looking for that unique opportunity to prove what they can do and then be rewarded for it. We are looking for a BPI Analyst to join our successful ESG team. This is a Home Based role with some occasional travel to the office required.
Role and Responsibilities- Provide support to business users of CRM
- Learning to understand and support CRM processes
- Support with defining business processes
- Work with large scale data to be able to prepare and import into systems
- Provide training on system developments
- Work with external service providers to ensure delivery
- Manage delivery of projects through from inception to completion
- Escalate potential business risks to manager
- Read and comply with the company’s Health and Safety Policy; taking reasonable care for the Health and Safety of themselves and others; co-operate with managers and other employees in fulfilling our objectives and statutory duties.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office packages
- Maths and English proficiency
