In partnership with Legal & General PLC and NatWest Pension Trustee Limited, with hugely ambitious (and very achievable) growth plans, we are seeking an General Manager to lead our operations team.

The Role:
- Overseeing day-to-day village operations, including food & beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, grounds, and well-being
- Leading estate management through robust planned maintenance and continuous investment in infrastructure and services
- Proactively identifying and resolving areas impacting resident satisfaction and overall experience
- Fostering a vibrant community by maximising the use of all village facilities
- Empowering every colleague to deliver exceptional experiences for our residents
- Embedding our values and service proposition across the entire team
- Spotting and nurturing future talent to support long-term growth
- Managing service charge and reserve fund budgets effectively
- Driving food and beverage performance within budget parameters
- Supporting property sales by working closely with the sales team
- Ensuring full compliance with all Health & Safety legislation and company policies
Key Requirements:
- Proven senior-level experience within Integrated Retirement Communities or aligned sectors (e.g. estate management, hospitality, leisure, retail, or retirement living)
- A dynamic, confident leader with excellent commercial acumen and relationship-building skills
- Inspirational team manager with an approachable and collaborative leadership style
- Strong financial and budgeting capabilities with a track record of exceeding operational standards

- £50,000 to £60,000 per annum plus discretionary bonus
- 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays, pro-rated to your contracted working hours)
