In partnership with Legal & General PLC and NatWest Pension Trustee Limited, with hugely ambitious (and very achievable) growth plans, we are seeking an General Manager to lead our operations team.

The Role:

• Overseeing day-to-day village operations, including food & beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, grounds, and well-being
• Leading estate management through robust planned maintenance and continuous investment in infrastructure and services
• Proactively identifying and resolving areas impacting resident satisfaction and overall experience
• Fostering a vibrant community by maximising the use of all village facilities
• Empowering every colleague to deliver exceptional experiences for our residents
• Embedding our values and service proposition across the entire team
• Spotting and nurturing future talent to support long-term growth
• Managing service charge and reserve fund budgets effectively
• Driving food and beverage performance within budget parameters
• Supporting property sales by working closely with the sales team
• Ensuring full compliance with all Health & Safety legislation and company policies

Key Requirements:

• Proven senior-level experience within Integrated Retirement Communities or aligned sectors (e.g. estate management, hospitality, leisure, retail, or retirement living)
• A dynamic, confident leader with excellent commercial acumen and relationship-building skills
• Inspirational team manager with an approachable and collaborative leadership style
• Strong financial and budgeting capabilities with a track record of exceeding operational standards

• £50,000 to £60,000 per annum plus discretionary bonus
