- Building and developing a strong referral network to generate both sales and care leads.
- Overseeing the full sales progression process through to exchange and completion, working closely with solicitors and stakeholders to ensure timely outcomes.
- Managing reservation and deposit processes, ensuring exchanges are achieved within agreed timeframes.
- Producing detailed weekly sales reports for the Regional Sales Manager, analysing performance, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintaining and optimising the village prospect database, ensuring all enquiries are accurately recorded, prioritised, and effectively managed.
Key Requirements
- Proven track record of driving sales growth through leading and developing a team of Sales Advisors.
- Previous experience within property sales, estate agency, or a similar target-driven sales environment.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end property sales process, including progression through to completion.
