In partnership with Legal & General PLC and NatWest Pension Trustee Limited, with hugely ambitious (and very achievable) growth plans, we are seeking a Housekeeper to join our expanding housekeeping team.

You will have previous experience working in a busy, hands-on role (ideally within a hotel / hospitality setting), with a proven track record of dealing with customers.

The Role

  • Cleaning designated areas, ensuring they are kept tidy and in a hygienic condition
  • Undertaking housekeeping duties within our residents’ homes
  • Ensuring communal areas are kept neat, tidy, and well presented
  • Cleaning floors, shampooing and vacuuming carpets and polishing furniture and woodwork
  • Emptying waste bins, ensuring that all waste is disposed of following the correct procedure and bins are replaced with a clean bag
  • Cleaning windows and glass within reach distance
  • Carrying out laundry duties
  • Maintaining COSHH Regulations.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a Housekeeping Assistant, Housekeeper or Cleaner
  • Self-motivated, personable and excellent communication skills
  • Flexible approach to daily duties and shift patterns
  • A basic understanding of infection control, COSHH, and compliance standards would be desirable, but not essential.
