In partnership with Legal & General PLC and NatWest Pension Trustee Limited, with hugely ambitious (and very achievable) growth plans, we are seeking a Housekeeper to join our expanding housekeeping team.
You will have previous experience working in a busy, hands-on role (ideally within a hotel / hospitality setting), with a proven track record of dealing with customers.
The Role
- Cleaning designated areas, ensuring they are kept tidy and in a hygienic condition
- Undertaking housekeeping duties within our residents’ homes
- Ensuring communal areas are kept neat, tidy, and well presented
- Cleaning floors, shampooing and vacuuming carpets and polishing furniture and woodwork
- Emptying waste bins, ensuring that all waste is disposed of following the correct procedure and bins are replaced with a clean bag
- Cleaning windows and glass within reach distance
- Carrying out laundry duties
- Maintaining COSHH Regulations.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Housekeeping Assistant, Housekeeper or Cleaner
- Self-motivated, personable and excellent communication skills
- Flexible approach to daily duties and shift patterns
- A basic understanding of infection control, COSHH, and compliance standards would be desirable, but not essential.
