As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Head of Asset Management to take strategic ownership of our property portfolio and ensure our villages remain exceptional places to live, now and for the future.

In this role, you will manage and protect the value of our assets, ensuring there is no depreciation through effective lifecycle planning, risk management, and long-term investment strategies. You will oversee asset performance, embed sustainability and efficiency initiatives, and provide expert property management support to Village Managers.

Working closely with residents and resident associations, you will play a key role in balancing operational excellence with an outstanding resident experience.
