In partnership with Legal & General PLC and NatWest Pension Trustee Limited, with hugely ambitious (and very achievable) growth plans, we are seeking a F&B Assistant to join our expanding food and beverage team.
The Role
The Role:
- Meeting and greeting customers and residents
- Assisting the kitchen team in food preparation
- Serving drinks including alcoholic beverages
- Taking and processing customer’s orders
- Processing payments via card and cash
- Keeping the bar and restaurant area clean and tidy
- Answering questions about the menu items including ingredients and prices
- Assisting with the washing up, resetting tables and refilling condiments
- Collecting food from the kitchen area and serve
Key Requirements
- Previous experience working within a customer facing role (ideally within the hospitality sector)
- Self-motivated, personable and excellent communication skills
- Flexible approach to daily duties and shift patterns
- Any qualifications within customer service, food hygiene or hospitality would be desirable, but not essential.
