As an Office Manager, you’ll play a key role at the heart of the village, providing administrative leadership, supporting multiple teams, and ensuring systems, processes, and day-to-day office operations are delivered to a high standard. The Role
- Managing and supporting the reception and administrative team, ensuring responsibilities are clearly understood and delivered to a consistently high standard.
- Acting as a key point of contact for residents, ensuring all requests and queries are handled promptly, professionally, and effectively.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and welcoming front-of-house and office environment at all times.
- Identifying, logging, and communicating maintenance issues clearly and efficiently to the maintenance team.
- Providing accurate and detailed information about the village, its facilities, services, and lifestyle to residents, prospective residents, and guests.
- Supporting the planning, coordination, and promotion of village events and activities.
- Overseeing administrative processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assisting with financial administration, including invoice processing, cash handling, payroll support, and reconciliations.
- Meeting and greeting residents, visitors, and contractors in a warm, professional, and approachable manner.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience managing a team in a busy office or hospitality environment.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good numeracy and literacy skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and take initiative without ongoing supervision.
