We’re looking for a Website Manager to take full ownership of the new Inspired Villages website. Your purpose will be to ensure the site is fully optimised, visually, technically, and from a user journey perspective, to meet commercial targets while implementing robust SEO and GEO strategies to drive discoverability.

The Role
- Website Development & Launch: Lead the development and launch of the new Inspired Villages website, scheduled for early 2026.
- Brand Merchandising: Ensure the website fully reflects the Inspired Villages brand identity, creating a compelling online experience that communicates the feeling of life at an Inspired Village.
- Content Management: Regularly update and refresh website content using the CMS to maintain relevance and engagement.
- User Experience Optimisation: Conduct development and testing to determine the most effective ways to guide visitors through the website toward making enquiries.
- SEO & GEO Optimisation: Ensure the website is fully optimised for search engines and geo‑targeting, with a focus on future‑proofing for evolving search behaviours.
- Agency & Developer Management: Coordinate with external web developers and agencies for updates, developments, and technical enhancements.
- Insights & Analytics: Implement robust measurement tools, reporting, and analytics to track website performance, monitor trends, and enable continual improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with colleagues to benchmark activity, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance digital engagement and marketing effectiveness.
Key Requirements
- Proven track record working with or for web development agencies.
- Strong knowledge of website merchandising and brand management.
- Demonstrable experience in SEO and GEO optimisation.
- Excellent understanding of the digital landscape, including portals and technology.
- Experience using CMS platforms to update web content; Statamic experience is a plus.
