You are reliable, follow guidance and procedures, and take pride in your work. You are comfortable working alongside others and communicating clearly with colleagues and managers, and you are willing to raise concerns when something is not right. You are open to learning, accepting feedback, and developing your skills over time. Full training and support will be provided.
What Our Values Mean in Practice

- Respect and Compassion: Being mindful that you are working in people's living and care environment. Respecting privacy and dignity at all times. Treating people with courtesy, patience, and consideration.
- Robust Communication: Reporting issues or concerns promptly. Communicating clearly with colleagues and managers. Recording tasks accurately where required.
- Real Commitment: Arriving on time and being ready to work. Supporting colleagues when workloads increase. Taking feedback on board and using it to improve standards.
