Role
Six hours per week on one day to be agreed with PA.
Responsibilities
- Support to access the community and recreational activities.
- Support with travel training.
- Support to develop daily living skills, like food and clothes shopping, budgeting, cooking healthy meals, baking, cleaning.
- The PA will drive the client\βs mobility vehicle.
Client
- Main Diagnosis: Autism spectrum condition. The client does not understand personal space and has limited social skills.
- Pets: None
- Communication: No communication barriers
- Client Enjoys: Baking and writing stories
