Role
Permanent position – can be split into two part-time positions.
Preferred Days/times: Weekdays 4 hours per day to be arranged with PA; Weekends 5.75 hours per week between Saturday and Sunday mornings, time to be arranged with the PA. The PA role can be split between two people.
Tasks/duties
To support the client with some personal care, and with daily living tasks including meals, drinks, changing bed sheets, laundry and essential cleaning tasks, and to do shopping.
Client Main Diagnosis
Spinal Spondylosis, Osteoporosis, High blood pressure, Severe fatigue, Low mood and anxiety, Asthma, Osteoarthritis, Cellulitis, Sleep apnoea, recurrent urine tract infections, Catheter in situ and restricted movement in left shoulder.
Moving And Handling
The client mobilises very short distances with two sticks. The client uses a wheelchair for longer distances.
Client Enjoys
Watching television.
