The Role
Preferred Days/times: 10.5 hours per week, either 1.5 hours a day or to be used flexibly to allow access to culturally appropriate services such as on a Saturday.
Tasks/duties:
- Support with completing personal care (four times a week)
- Meal prep
- Medication prompts
- Accessing community services
PA is required to have a vehicle and a clean, full, UK driving licence. 30 miles at 45p per mile will be paid by the client to the PA.
Client Main Diagnosis: Early stages of dementia.
Communication: The client speaks Polish and would require a Polish speaking PA.
Client Enjoys: Cultural community services; they enjoy conversation and working with wood to create things like cars and boats.
