We are looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our team and help individuals with disabilities, poor mental health, or those who are socially isolated, or unpaid carers to engage with their community, develop skills and enjoy meaningful activities.
What You'll Do
- Provide one-to-one support to individuals, both in the community and in their homes.
- Encourage and support people to access social, leisure, or employment opportunities.
- Support people to live independently, within their own home.
- Promote independence, confidence and wellbeing.
- Build trusting relationships and work in a person‑centred way.
